Warranty

Renaissance Antiques Inc. warrants products of its own manufacture against defects of materials or workmanship for a period of one year from purchase. Under this warranty we will repair or replace such item at our discretion; however, said item must be returned to us by customer. Not covered under this warranty are products which have been incorrectly installed or mistreated, used for non-residential applications, or breakage of crystal/glass components.

Additionally, we warrant the finish of items we manufacture for a period of 2 years. This warranty covers peeling or flaking of finish only, and does not cover normal darkening, aging or minor imperfections. This finish warranty applies to items used in interior areas only. Not covered under this warranty are items which have been scratched, abraded, cleaned with chemicals, improperly installed, mistreated, or used in non-residential or exterior applications. We warrant wiring, with the exclusion of sockets, for the life of the light fixture, provided maximum bulb wattages are adhered to and that any installation was performed by a licensed electrician. Sockets are warranted for one year only. Please note that sockets are not manufactured by us.

Liability shall be limited to dollar amount of original purchase price. Proof of purchase may be required. Under no circumstance shall Renaissance Antiques Inc. be held liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this product.

Items that we resell are covered by their manufacturers' warranty only. We will gladly assist you in evaluating or filing a claim should a problem occur with an item we resell. Antique items are excluded from warranty and sold as is.
